High efficiency furnaces and air-cooled condensing units were used to provide cooling and supplementary heating.
High Efficiency Lighting
High efficiency pendent t5 lighting with motion sensors was used for office illumination.
Natural Ventilation
An exhaust fan and large open-able windows were added for each workstation to provide natural ventilation.
